Café Manager – Café 360
Location: Cafe 360, Douglas

As Café Manager you’ll take ownership of the daily operation of Café 360.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring every service runs smoothly, the team is motivated and supported, and every customer enjoys an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.
You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional brunch and lunch service, while continually looking for opportunities to improve standards, grow sales and strengthen Café 360’s reputation.
Assistant Manager - Greens Café
Location: Greens Cafe, St. John’s
Full-Time
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Greens Café.
You’ll lead the Front of House team, help maintain high operational standards and ensure every customer receives the warm, friendly service we’re known for.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend most of your time supporting the team on the café floor, coaching colleagues, solving problems and ensuring the café is presented beautifully from opening until closing.
You’ll also play an important role in helping the business continue to grow by driving standards, developing people and creating a positive culture where everyone enjoys coming to work.
